Android Auto is an infotainment system that allows you to use your phone along with the driver interface of the vehicle. You can do things like surf the internet, send text message, get messages read out loud to you, listen to music and pull up directions. Most vehicles today come with Android Auto. However, if you have an older vehicle, then you may be able to get Android Auto installed inside of it. Keep in mind that you must have the 6.0 Android or a later model in order to use Android Auto.
You can operate your Android Auto with your voice. Google Assistant is available. It will repeat the message back to you in order to ensure that it has understood you correctly. It will also ask for your permission to send out the message. You can also use Android Auto along with numerous other apps, such as WhatsApp and Signal.
